We’re 3 minutes from the grocery store; approximately the same to numerous hiking/biking trails. About 20 minutes to the harbour.

The cabin is self-sufficient with a sunny deck and bbq, fireplace, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, laundry, and wifi.
