Enjoy the nostalgia of staying in this beautifully renovated, hand-built heritage cabin with all the conveniences of modern living.

After a busy day of valley activities, the Homestead Cabin offers a quiet & comfortable place to unwind. Relax & dine on our covered front porch with a spacious open deck.

The Homestead Cabin is located in a private setting on a quiet road yet is in close proximity to stores, restaurants & attractions.

The Cabin – This private 700 sq ft log cabin includes high vaulted ceilings & a bright half-loft. Soak in the mountain views from the inside the cabin with large glass windows that fill the whole cabin with natural light. Very comfortable living area including a woodstove with a fire view. Outdoors, there’s plenty of seating around our huge hand-made log picnic table with oversized Adirondack chairs. Unwind in a sauna or have a soak in our oversized soaker tub. There’s also a BBQ & a horseshoe pit.

The Heritage – This cabin was hand-built & lived in by one of BC’s most well-known pioneers, Trudy Turner who relocated to Bella Coola with her husband after homesteading at Lonesome Lake.

The Area – Homestead Cabin is surrounded by forest with fruit trees, berry bushes, lovely gardens & a picnic area. You’ll find excellent bear viewing opportunities, hiking trails, fishing & scenic vistas all close by.

Sleeps 5:
The Loft: 1 Queen-sized bed (& 1 twin if needed)
Downstairs: 1 Queen-sized bed

Well Equipped Kitchen with electric stove, large fridge freezer & plenty of storage.
Full Bathroom with two person soaker tub & shower
Modern stacker washer & dryer. Includes all linens & towels.

Open: Year Round. 2 night minimum.
Nightly Rates: $275.
Off-Season Rates: $195. (Oct-April)
