BC Ferries’ direct service from Port Hardy to Bella Coola begins June 20th & extends until the September. From the time you leave Port Hardy, on the northern tip of Vancouver Island, you are cruising through unsurpassed spectacular scenery.
This crossing to the mid-coast ranks among the world´s most scenic. Cruising Queen Charlotte Strait – watch for sea lions on small islands and stay alert for whales and dolphins – it follows the stunning coastline of granite cliffs, misty green forests and deep fjords.
Cruising the North Bentinck Arm in your private vessel is perhaps the best of all worlds. Slow down for wildlife sightings and to take pictures before arriving at the public wharf.
